Inclusive quando era obvio que o verdadeiro responsável tinha nome e sobrenome, e o apontávamos, meu chefe dizia: “mas eu devia ter enxergado isso e corrigido”. Depois disso era muito mais fácil achar uma solução, e cada um de nós olhava para si mesmo procurando onde tinha errado e como trazer uma solução. Sem magoas, sem ressentimentos.
Demorei anos para entender e aceitar uma frase que meu pai me dizia com irritante frequência: “se você não é parte da solução, você é parte do problema”. Temos um costume muito ruim de culpar os outros. Poucas vezes olhamos para nós mesmos quando algo ao nosso redor nos incomoda ou vemos alguém errando. Mas se vemos alguém errando somente há duas opções a escolher: ou tentamos corrigir a pessoa, ou assumimos que nós temos parte de culpa naquilo, por enxergar um problema e não fazer nada para resolve-lo. Deixemos de culpar os outros. Olhemo-nos no espelho e perguntemos “o que eu posso fazer? O que eu preciso mudar em mim?”
